As a first time homebuyer I had no clue what to expect during the home buying process. Ms. Jerri Lynn made the process so smooth and exciting. She made sure I did not settle on a house that was not perfect for me. When the perfect house came on the market she was sure to assist me in every way possible and kept me updated on the entire process. Jerri Lynn Fike was my realtor for selling my condo & buying a new house, with both closing on the same day. She kept me informed of the process step by step when she found a buyer for my condo. When the price was accepted by the buyer, the process of the buyer hiring an inspector was conducted & finalized to the buyer’s acceptance. Jerry Lynn kept me informed with every step. Next was the appraisal process, which was conducted in the same way with no issues. Jerry Lynn would let me know how the process was going until it was finalized. On the morning of closing, Jerri Lynn was there at the title company & answered all of my questions that I had, which made me feel comfortable. During the process of finding a house, Jerri Lynn sent me a lot of listings that met the parameters that I wanted. I looked at several of the houses, but they just weren’t quite what I wanted. She came upon the one that I decided on & I fell in love with it. She helped me finalize the sale & the closing was shortly after the condo closing. It was a whirlwind, but Jerri Lynn was there for me every step of the way & made this a great experience!

We eventually purchased the home and Jerri played a large part in the purchase.
